【目的】用SSR和SRAP分子标记技术,分析苹果(Malus domestica Borkh.)重要栽培品种的亲缘关系,为苹果杂交育种亲本及组合的选配提供参考。【方法】用亲缘关系较近的金冠和秦冠筛选SSR和SRAP多态性引物,利用SSR和SRAP分子标记技术对37个苹果栽培品种进行遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析。【结果】筛选出了用于37个苹果主栽品种亲缘关系分析的10对SSR和10对SRAP引物,其分别产生56和64条扩增带,平均多态性比率分别为61.09%和70.8%。根据SSR+SRAP分析结果,37个苹果品种被聚为6大类。【结论】所选取的引物能够有效地揭示供试苹果品种的遗传多样性,并且苹果品种分类与传统系谱基本一致。 相似文献

Micropigs are the most likely source animals for xenotransplantation. However, an appropriate method for evaluating the lung of micropigs had not been established. Therefore, this study was performed to evaluate the feasibility of 64-channel multi-detector row computed tomography (MDCT) to measure the diameter of the pulmonary arteries and the lung volume in micropigs. The mean diameters of the trachea, and left and right bronchi were 1.6 ± 0.17, 1.18 ± 0.14, and 1.1 ± 0.11 cm, respectively. The mean diameters of the main, right, and left pulmonary arteries were 1.38 ± 0.09, 1.07 ± 0.26, and 0.98 ± 0.13 cm and the diameters of right, left, and common inferior pulmonary veins were 0.97 ± 0.20, 0.76 ± 0.20, and 1.99 ± 0.26 cm, respectively. The mean lung volume was 820.3 ± 77.11 mL. The data presented in this study suggest that the MDCT may be a noninvasive, rapid, and accurate investigational method for pulmonary anatomy in living lung donors. 相似文献

In this study, the regenerated silk fibroin (SF)/nylon 6 blend filaments were fabricated by the wet spinning and miscibility,
structural characteristics, and thermal behavior of blend filaments were elucidated. The XRD results implied that the amount
of crystalline region of each polymer did not change linearly with the blend ratio suggesting that there are some changes
in the miscibility depending on the mixing ratio. The SEM observation revealed that the miscibility of blend decreased with
an increase of nylon 6 resulting in a severe phase separation in 50/50 SF/nylon 6 filament. The miscibility governed the thermal
behavior of blend filaments. The melting point of nylon 6 remained constant until 50 % nylon 6 content, whereas the melting
point depression appeared in 30 % nylon 6 implying miscibility. Interestingly, the thermal decomposition of the nylon 6 component

We prepared a series of polyurethane(PU)/chitosan composite foams with different chitosan content of 5∼20 wt% and investigated
their adsorption performance of acid dye (Acid Violet 48) in aqueous solutions with various dye concentrations and pH values.
It was observed that PU/chitosan composite foams exhibited well-developed open cell structures. Dye adsorption capacities
of the composite foams increased with the increment of chitosan content in composite foams, because amine groups of chitosan
serve as the binding sites for sulfonic ions of acid dyes in aqueous solutions. In addition, dye adsorption capacities of
composite foams were found to increase with decreasing the pH value, which stems from the fact that the enhanced chemisorption
between protonated amine groups of chitosan and sulfonic ions of acid dye is available in acidic solutions. The dye adsoption
kinetics and equilibrium isotherm of the composite foams were well described with the pseudo-second order kinetic model and
Langmuir isotherm model, respectively. The maximum adsorption capacity (q

通过统计苦瓜白粉病的病情指数,研究白粉病抗性的遗传规律。采用主基因+多基因混合遗传分离分析法对抗病品系04-17-3和感病品系25-1杂交组合的P1、P2、F1、F2、B1和B2共6个世代群体抗白粉病遗传进行研究。结果表明:苦瓜对白粉病的抗性遗传符合2对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因模型(E-1),抗病对感病为不完全隐性;2对主基因的加性效应值均为-12.00;2对主基因分别具有正向部分显性和正向超显性作用,加性效应值均大于其显性效应值,上位性效应值(i+jab+jba+l)为负值。从遗传率上看,回交世代和F2的主基因的值分别为55.14%、43.56%和95.22%,多基因的值分别为16.10%、26.57%和0,环境变异在4.78%~29.87%间。主基因和多基因共同决定了苦瓜对白粉病的抗性,以主基因遗传为主,同时还受到环境变异的部分影响。在白粉病抗性育种过程中,应注意利用加性效应,选用白粉病抗性基因较多的材料作为亲本,并在早代进行选择,尤其是F2代主基因选择效率最高。 相似文献

In Brassica oleracea, production of F1 hybrid seeds mainly makes use of the improved Ogura cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) line. However, reliance on one particular line is a risk, and it would be advantageous to develop other CMS lines. In this study, we transferred Diplotaxis erucoides cytoplasm to B. oleracea cultivars using an alloplasmic B. rapaCMS line as a bridge plant to avoid incompatibility between donor and recipient plants. The new B. oleraceaCMS lines, which were derived by four generations of backcrossing, had small rudimentary anthers with no pollen grain and showed complete male sterility. There was no functional defect in other floral organs, and the ability to receive normal pollen did not appear to be impaired. Moreover, the B. oleraceaCMS lines carrying D. erucoides cytoplasm had larger leaf areas and a normal plastochron. As a consequence, the B. oleraceaCMS lines carrying D. erucoides cytoplasm have the potential to be valuable alternatives for use in commercial B. oleracea hybrid seed production. 相似文献
